Manitou Incline
Hikers, challenge your endurance on the Manitou Incline, at Manitou Springs, minutes outside Colorado Springs. The most popular Springs recreation trail can be seen from all over town and is known as the "scar" because it cuts down the face of the Rocky Mountain. The one-mile trial jets up 2,000 feet in the air and is made up of 2,800 railway ties. Whew!

Garden of the Gods
Peddlers head over to the Garden of the Gods to take advantage of the park's many designated bicycle trails, just minutes outside of Colorado Springs. Extreme mountain biking happens at The Red Rock Canyon Space where experienced mountain bikers and even those new to the sport can test their skills. All recreation trails are open to pedestrians and wildlife, so exercise courtesy.

Palmer Park
